Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: Participants aged 12–16 must be accompanied by an adult encounter participant (1 adult per 6 youth). Minors under 18 must have a signed liability waiver from a parent or legal guardian. If the guardian is not present, a notarized Child Care Authorization Form and copy of ID are required.
• Individuals with disabilities: Guests with medical conditions or special needs are encouraged to inform staff in advance for preparation and accommodations

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Who will be present: Trained animal handlers and guides will lead the experience. Group size may vary
• Spectators: Only paid participants are allowed during the encounter
• Photo/ video: Visitors may take personal photos. Guests may also be photographed or recorded by the park for promotional purposes
• Specific rules to follow: All participants must complete a liability waiver. Guests must follow staff safety instructions at all times.

How to prepare?

• Arrival: Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your encounter start time. Late arrivals may result in cancellation

• What to wear: Comfortable clothing and shoes for walking
• What to bring: Valid photo ID, water, and a phone or camera for photos
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms available throughout the park.

• Plan ahead if taking a rideshare, as wait times may vary depending on availability after your experience

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
