During this 30-minute hands-on encounter at Jungle Island in Miami, you’ll step into their habitat and interact directly with these energetic, wide-eyed primates. It's one of the only places outside of Madagascar where such a unique experience is possible, and it’s as fun as it is unforgettable.

Alongside a trained animal expert, you’ll learn fascinating facts about lemur behavior, diet, and conservation while feeding them their favorite vegetarian treats. This ticket also includes full-day access to Jungle Island, so you can explore even more animal encounters, the Treewalk Village, and Jungle Splash after your lemur adventure. Just be sure to arrive 30 minutes early and note that kids ages 6–16 must be accompanied by an adult participant.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Who will be present: Trained animal staff will guide and supervise the interaction. Participants may join in small groups
• Spectators: Only paid participants allowed in the lemur encounter
• Photo/ video: Visitors may be photographed or recorded for marketing purposes.
• Specific rules to follow: All guests must complete an Animal Experience Liability Release Waiver before participating. Waivers must be signed in advance by legal guardians for any minor participants.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This experience runs rain or shine unless weather presents unsafe conditions
• Arrival: Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time for check-in. Late arrivals may result in cancellation without refund
• Parking: Available onsite at Jungle Island, 1111 Parrot Jungle Trail, Miami, FL
• What to wear: Comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for walking and animal encounters
• What to bring: Valid ID for check-in, water bottle, camera or phone for photos
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms available throughout the park.

• Jungle Island reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual showing signs of intoxication

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
