Any restrictions to participate?

Age: 6+ to participate. Drivers must be 18+ with a valid Driver's License.
Weight: Participants must weigh between 40 lbs - 275 lbs.
Health limitations: Not recommended for pregnant individuals or those with preexisting injuries, back, neck, or heart issues.
Physical limitations: Participants need to be able to handle short hikes, ascend and descend stairs, and handle moderate physical activities.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: All participants, including children ages 6+, must have a ticket to participate.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: Approximately 3 hours
What’s included: Six zipline runs, ATV adventure, safety gear, and professional guides.
Who will be present: You will be accompanied by professional guides throughout the experience.
Spectators: No spectators allowed, all attendees must participate.
Photo/ video: Participants are welcome to bring cameras and take photos; however, equipment must be secured.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: The adventure operates rain or shine; platforms are sheltered to minimize exposure.
Arrival: Arrive 15-30 minutes before your scheduled time.
What to wear: Securable, closed-toed shoes required; long shorts or pants recommended.
Parking: Parking available at the meeting site.
What to bring:
- Sunscreen, sunglasses, bug spray, water.
- Change of clothes and towels recommended if conditions are wet.
- A camera to capture your adventure.
- Cash or credit card for gratuities.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

A $500 credit card hold will be placed at check-in for ATV drivers, which will be returned barring any damages.
Be sure to fill out and sign the online waiver prior to arrival to speed up the check-in process.
Ensure all personal items are stored securely in lockers to prevent loss or damage.
Consult your doctor if you are unsure about participating due to health conditions.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
