Any restrictions to participate?

Age: 6+
Weight: Participants must weigh between 40 lbs - 275 lbs.
Height: Participants must be at least 4'6" to independently navigate the course.
Health limitations: Not recommended for those with preexisting injuries, back, neck, or heart issues.
Physical limitations: Participants need to be able to handle physical activities like climbing and swinging.
Experience level: Suitable for all levels; no prior experience needed.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: Those shorter than 4'6" (and at least 6 years old) need an adult to lead them or hire a guide.

Duration: 1 hour
What’s included: Access to the Adventure Tower with 18 challenge elements, safety gear, and guidance from expert instructors.
Who will be present: Expert guides will be with participants throughout the experience.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: This is an outdoor activity and operates in all weather conditions.
Arrival: Arrive at least 15-30 minutes before the start time.
Parking: Available at the location.
What to wear: Securable, closed-toed shoes are required, athletic shoes are recommended.
What to bring:
- Sunscreen, sunglasses, and bug spray.
- Water and a light cover-up.
- Cash or credit card for gratuities.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
