Age: Minimum age: 6 years old
Weight: Minimum weight: 40 lbs, Maximum weight: 275 lbs
Height: Minimum Height for Adventure Tower: Participants must be 4'6" to independently navigate the course.
Health limitations: Not recommended for participants with preexisting injuries, back, neck, or heart issues.
Physical limitations: Must be able to hike short distances, ascend and descend stairs, and be of average mobility and strength.
Experience level: Suitable for all experience levels, guidance provided.

Specific rules to follow: Must wear closed-toed shoes, follow all safety instructions from guides.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: Operates in all weather conditions, with sheltered platforms minimizing exposure.
Arrival: Plan to arrive 15-30 minutes in advance.
Parking: Available on site.
What to wear: Closed-toed shoes required, athletic shoes recommended. Long shorts or pants suggested.
What to bring:
- Sunscreen, sunglasses, camera.
- Water and bug spray recommended.
- Cash or credit card for gratuities (not included) and other purchases.
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Lockers available to store belongings.

A waiver must be signed prior to participation; you can save time by filling it out online before your visit.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
