Any restrictions to participate?

Age: Minimum age: 6 years old. Minimum age to drive ATV: 18 years old with a Driver's License.
Weight: Minimum weight: 40 lbs, Maximum weight: 275 lbs.
Height: Minimum Height for Adventure Tower: Participants must be 4'6" to independently navigate the course.
Health limitations: Not recommended for participants with preexisting injuries, back, neck, or heart issues.
Physical limitations: Need to be able to hike short distances, ascend and descend stairs, and be of average mobility and strength.
Experience level: Suitable for all experience levels; training and gear provided.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 5-6 hours
What’s included: Full access to 6 Ziplines, 50' Freefall, Climbing Wall, Aerial Challenge Course, ATV Off-Road Adventure, safety gear, and professional guide assistance.
Who will be present: You will be accompanied by professional guides throughout the experience; group sizes may vary.
Spectators: No spectators allowed; everyone must have a ticket/reservation.
Photo/ video: Personal photography is allowed; ensure you bring your camera.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: This outdoor adventure activity operates rain or shine.
Arrival: Plan to arrive 15-30 minutes in advance to ensure timely check-in.
Parking: Available on-site.
What to wear: Securable, closed-toed shoes required; athletic shoes recommended. Long shorts or pants suggested.
What to bring:
- Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a light cover-up.
- Change of clothes and towels (recommended if it has been raining).
- Water and bug spray.
- Cash or credit card for gratuities (not included) and other purchases.
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Lockers available for storing personal belongings.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

Please fill out the online waiver prior to arrival to save time during check-in.
Be aware of the physical requirements and health recommendations. Consult your doctor if unsure about your participation suitability.
A $100 credit card hold is placed on reservations until the tour completes without damage; drivers are responsible for any damages incurred.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
