But this isn't just a tour of ghost stories – it's an interactive experience! Feel the hair-raising chill as you hold an EMF meter in your hands, an essential tool used in paranormal investigations. What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 1h30
What’s included:
- 1h30 hour guided tour
- Food and drink are NOT included
- We do not enter any ships or buildings
Who will be present: Your party size can be as small as 1 person, our tours require a minimum of 4 paid guests to run and can have up to 16 participants per tour. You will have a guide with you at all times.
Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket/reservations
Photo/ video: You may take your own photos

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: Final weather decisions are made 2 hours before the event. The tour will run in light rain. In the case of a downpour we will give you the option to run in the rain or cancel. In heavy rain we will contact you 2 hours before the event to see what you would prefer. If you cancel, you will have the option to reschedule for a future date.
Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance
Parking:
- We recommend parking at these locations:
  - Horton Plaza Parking Garage – 801 4th Ave.
  - Ace Parking – 1069 1st Ave
- Please note parking in the Gaslamp Quarter is limited and is not free! Be sure to arrive early enough to give yourself plenty of time to find parking or you may want to ride the Trolley. This event is downtown so you may want to check to see if there are other events going on that would require additional time for parking. Our tours start promptly at the designated start time and partner reserves the right to scalp your tickets if you don’t arrive on time.
- You will meet your Lead Detective at the Horton Plaza Park, across the street from the US Grant Hotel – 333 Broadway, San Diego CA 92101. Please make sure you have the correct address entered
What to wear: Good walking shoes
What to bring: A water bottle
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: No stops will be made on this tour, please use a facility before arriving.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.
