This walking tour takes you on a thrilling journey through the downtown waterfront, where you'll encounter tales of ghostly history, haunted ships, and spooky spirits.

As you stroll along the Embarcadero, you'll discover some of the area's most popular haunted locations. From mysterious apparitions to chilling stories of disease, death, and espionage, the tour will transport you back in time to uncover the city's eerie past.

The Embarcadero is known for its infamous ghosts and haunted ships, making it the perfect backdrop for a ghostly adventure. Our expert guides will regale you with thrilling stories of spirits that are said to roam the waterfront, and you'll have the chance to ghost hunt in several outdoor areas along the way.

But beware, you might feel a hair-raising chill as you hold an EMF meter in your hands, indicating the presence of unseen entities just inches away. During the tour, you'll also have the opportunity to experiment with detecting ghosts and spirit anomalies using our state-of-the-art paranormal and ghost investigation equipment.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 1 hour
What’s included:
- 1 hour guided tour
- Food and drink are NOT included
- We do not enter any ships or buildings
Who will be present: Your party size can be as small as 1 person, our tours require a minimum of 4 paid guests to run and can have up to 16 participants per tour. You will have a guide with you at all times.
Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket/reservations
Photo/ video: You may take your own photos

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: Final weather decisions are made 2 hours before the event. The tour will run in light rain. In the case of a downpour we will give you the option to run in the rain or cancel. In heavy rain we will contact you 2 hours before the event to see what you would prefer. If you cancel, you will have the option to reschedule for a future date.
Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance

- Parking options:
  - The Headquarters – 789 W Harbor Dr, San Diego, CA 92101
  - Maritime Museum – 1492 North Harbor Drive, San Diego, CA 92101 (small parking lot)
- You will meet your Lead Detective near the Starbucks at The Headquarters. Address: 789 W Harbor Dr, San Diego, CA 92101. They will be by the fountain near the restrooms back by Valet Parking.
- This is a point to point tour. We will begin at the Headquarters and end at the Maritime Museum.
What to wear: Good walking shoes
What to bring: A water bottle
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: No stops will be made on this tour, please use a facility before arriving.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.
