Join us on a culinary adventure to the streets of Thailand as we teach you how to cook one of the country's most beloved dishes, Pad Thai. This engaging and interactive class will take you step-by-step through the creation of this classic Thai dish, renowned for its unique blend of sweet, salty, sour, and spicy flavors. You'll also learn fundamental knife skills, how to properly prepare traditional noodles, and how to construct an authentic Pad Thai sauce from scratch. The class will offer a choice of either chicken or tofu for protein. After crafting your Pad Thai masterpiece, you'll have the opportunity to plate, garnish, and enjoy your creation with your fellow food enthusiasts. You'll also receive valuable tips on sourcing fresh seasonal ingredients and special spices for preparing perfect Pad Thai at home.

All you need to bring to this class is your hunger and curiosity! Please note that this is a BYOB event and that you should plan to arrive 15 minutes early to park and check-in. In some cases, groups of two or three may be asked to share a cooking station with another couple.

To comply with limited seating availability, bookings for this class must be made for a minimum of two individuals.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: 2 hours
  • What’s included: All the equipment and ingredients will be provided. This class is BYOB - bring your favorite beer, wine, and champagne.
  • Who will be present: You will work around other students. Minimum 12 guests, maximum 24 guests will be present.
  • Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket/reservations.
  • Photo/ video: You may take your own photos and videos.

  • Parking: Street parking available. Please arrive early if you plan to drive and park.

What should I expect on the day of the class?

Arrive a few minutes early to check in with the chef instructor using the ticket holder’s name. No need to bring a printed confirmation. The class will typically start with an introduction and a brief overview of the recipes you'll be preparing. Ingredients and cooking stations will be provided, and the chef will guide you through each step. After cooking, you'll enjoy the delicious meal you've created.

Why do classes work together in groups?

Cooking classes are designed to be a social and interactive experience. Working in groups encourages collaboration, allows for sharing of tips and techniques, and enhances the fun of the learning process. It's also a great way to meet new people who share your interests.

Why can classes get canceled if the minimum number of people is not reached?

Classes require a minimum number of participants to ensure a high-quality experience. If the minimum is not met, the class may be canceled. In such cases, you will be notified in advance and given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

How will I be notified if a class is canceled?

If a class is canceled due to not meeting the minimum number of participants, we will notify you via email as soon as possible. You will be given the option to reschedule to another date or receive a full refund.

Can I reschedule if my class is canceled?

Yes, if your class is canceled, you can choose to reschedule to a different date. Our customer support team will assist you in finding a suitable alternative. If rescheduling is not convenient, you can opt for a full refund.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly.
