Age: All age groups are welcome.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: All passengers under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and supervised during the cruise.
Individuals with disabilities: All vessels are accessible to those with limited mobility but are not fully ADA compliant due to raised thresholds. Staff will assist as needed. Guests in portable, collapsible wheelchairs must be able to take a few steps onto the vessel. Service animals are welcome.
Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian and vegan options available. Please note preferences and allergies when booking.
Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 2 hours.

Spectators: No spectators allowed; everyone must have a ticket.

Specific rules to follow: No smoking or vaping on the dock and vessel, including all outer decks.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: The cruise operates rain or shine. The captain may adjust the route or remain dockside in severe weather.
Arrival: Arrive 30 minutes before departure. The cruise leaves promptly, and late arrivals cannot board.
Parking: Parking is available at the pier.
What to wear: Attire is festive casual; bring a light jacket or sweater for outdoor decks.
What to bring:
- Government-issued photo identification.
- Gratuity for the staff (optional but appreciated).
Restrooms: Restrooms are available onboard.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
