Remember to sign the waiver provided in the confirmation email, and note that additional guests can join for a nominal fee. Who can you accommodate for?

  • Children: Children can participate but must be supervised.
  • Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed to ensure the safety and comfort of the horses.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: Photo shoots are billed by the hour.
  • What’s included: Photographer fee for 2 attendees, 1 staff member to assist, choice of horse, choice of saddle.
  • Who will be present: Your selected photographer and any guests you bring (extra charges apply after 2 people).
  • Spectators: Extra guests beyond the included two will be charged a fee.
  • Photo/ video: Personal photography is encouraged alongside the professional shots.
  • Specific rules to follow: All attendees, including the photographer, must have a waiver signed.

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: The photo shoot will proceed regardless of weather.
  • Arrival: Suggested to arrive with enough time to prepare before the booked time.
  • Parking: Available on-site at the provided address.
  • What to wear: Sturdy, closed-toe shoes and comfortable riding attire such as jeans or leggings.
  • What to bring:
    • Water for hydration.
    • Treats for the animals, specifically carrots for horses and grapes for goats.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

  • Sunscreen is recommended for daytime shoots.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 7 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 7 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
