Please note, the pass requires at least two people to book, with a base cost for the first two visitors and a set price per additional guest. Guests are encouraged to bring carrots and grapes as treats for the horses and goats, enhancing the interactive aspect of the visit. This experience welcomes all ages, making it a versatile option for animal lovers looking to engage with the ranch's inhabitants up close.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: Approximately 1 hour.
  • What’s included: An hour of fun and relaxation with the herd, with opportunities to groom and meet horses personally.
  • Who will be present: Family and friends are encouraged to participate, ensuring a more intimate and engaging experience.
  • Spectators: Friends and family are welcome to observe and join in, but please note the tour minimum requirements.
  • Photo/ video: Personal photography is encouraged to capture your moments with the animals.
  • Specific rules to follow: Each guest must sign their own waiver; children must be supervised at all times.

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: The experience is outdoor; dress accordingly to weather conditions.
  • Arrival: Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time for check-in.
  • Parking: Available on-site at 6353 Cascade Rd, Joshua Tree, CA 92252.
  • What to wear: Closed-toe shoes are required for safety.
  • What to bring:
    • Water for hydration.
    • Carrots for the horses and grapes for the goats are highly recommended to enhance your experience.
  • Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: Facilities are available on-site; inquire upon arrival.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 3 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 3 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
