You can choose to visit 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7 attractions from a curated list. The more attractions you choose, the more you save.

3. How do I use the Explorer Pass?
Simply present your pass at the chosen attraction for entry. Passes can be shown via the Go City app or a printed copy.

4. When does my Explorer Pass expire?
Your pass is valid for 60 days from the first activation (the first attraction visit). You have one year from the date of purchase to activate your pass.

5. Can I visit the same attraction more than once with my Explorer Pass?
No, each attraction can only be visited once per pass.

6. Do I need to reserve my spot at attractions in advance?
Some attractions may require advance reservations. It's best to check the Go City website or app for specific attraction details.

7. What happens if an attraction is closed or unavailable?
If an attraction is closed or unavailable, you can choose another one from the list. Go City provides a wide variety of options to ensure your experience is enjoyable.

8. Can I get a refund if I don't use all my attractions?
Once a Giftory voucher is activated, it is non-refundable. However, if your pass hasn't been activated, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

9. How do I get my Go City Explorer Pass?
After purchase, you'll receive your pass via email. You can either download it to the Go City app or print it out.

10. Can I share my Explorer Pass with someone else?
No, each pass is valid for one person only and cannot be shared.

11. What happens if I lose my pass?
If you lose your pass, contact Go City's customer support for assistance. It's best to save your pass in the Go City app for easy access.
