• Children: Children 2 years old and under do not need a pass. Children's pricing is applicable to children aged 3-12 years old.
• Individuals with disabilities: Accessibility varies per attraction, but most locations are wheelchair accessible.  
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Visit 3 attractions of your choice within 60 days of your first visit.
• What’s included: An electronic pass that allows you to visit the attractions of your choice, as well as an app that guides you in planning your adventure.
• Who will be present: You will be visiting public attractions with many other people present.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket.
• Photo/ video: Photos and video are encouraged!

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Outdoor attractions are weather dependent. It is recommended to check with the experience provider directly if you have any concerns about weather. 
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance to any experience that requires a booking. 
• Parking: There is parking available at each attraction.
• What to wear: Comfortable clothing and shoes appropriate for the weather conditions.
• What to bring: Photo identification and any personal items needed for the attractions of your choice (sunscreen, hat, etc.).
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms are available at each attraction.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• Since each attraction's availability differs, your Pass confirmation gives you access to an app that helps in organizing your adventures. The app provides details on opening dates and hours, exact locations, and directions.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.
