Who will be present: A local expert guide will lead the tour, providing insights and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
Photo/video: Photography is encouraged throughout the tour; however, drones may not be permitted in certain areas.
Specific rules to follow: Please follow all safety instructions provided by the guide, especially at volcanic sites.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: This experience is subject to weather conditions, especially for flying and at the volcanoes.
Arrival: Check in for your flight at least 90 minutes before the scheduled departure.
Parking: Available at the departure airport. Check local options and rates.
What to wear: Comfortable walking shoes, clothing suitable for variable weather conditions (layers recommended).
What to bring: Government-issued photo ID is required for airline check-in. Bring water, sunscreen, a hat, and a camera. Consider bringing a light raincoat.
Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: Restrooms are available at multiple stops. No lockers or changing rooms, so come prepared for the day.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation
