Health limitations: Fumes from volcanic gases can be hazardous. Visitors with heart or breathing problems, infants, young children, and pregnant women should avoid areas where fumes persist.
Experience level: Suitable for all levels, but participants should be comfortable with walking on uneven surfaces such as sharp lava rocks.

Specific rules to follow: Sturdy, closed-toe shoes are required due to sharp, uneven lava surfaces.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: The tour operates regardless of weather. The temperature can be chilly in the Hawaii Volcano National Park, so dressing in layers is advised.
Arrival: Plan to arrive at your designated airport meeting point well in advance of the scheduled departure time.
Parking: Parking is available at the departure airport. Ensure to check parking details and rates.
What to wear: Sturdy, closed-toe shoes and a jacket or long-sleeved shirt.
What to bring: Water, camera, sunscreen, and a hat. Be prepared for potential rain showers and chilly weather.
Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: Restrooms are available at various stops. There are no lockers; carry essentials with you.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 7 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 7 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
