  • Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: Approximately 13 hours, including flights and on-ground activities.
  • What’s included: Airfare from Kailua-Kona to Oahu, guided tours of Pearl Harbor, USS Missouri, and other significant WWII sites, and all entry fees.
  • Who will be present: A knowledgeable guide will accompany you throughout the tour, providing insights and ensuring a respectful and informative experience.
  • Photo/video: Photography is allowed and encouraged, except in designated areas where it may be restricted due to privacy or security regulations.

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: The tour operates rain or shine. Be prepared for the variable weather of Hawaii.
  • Arrival: Plan to arrive at Kailua-Kona Airport at least 1 hour prior to your flight to ensure sufficient time for check-in and security clearance.
  • Parking: Available at Kailua-Kona Airport. Fees may apply.
  • What to wear: Comfortable clothing suitable for walking and weather conditions, closed-toe shoes recommended.
  • What to bring: Government-issued photo ID is mandatory for airline check-in and TSA security. Bring water, sunscreen, and a hat. Large bags are not permitted on the tour sites but can be stored for a fee at Pearl Harbor.
  • Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: Available at multiple stops throughout the tour. Lockers for large items are available at Pearl Harbor for a fee.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 7 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 7 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
