Any restrictions to participate?

Age: You must be at least 21 years or older to take this tour. Guests who are found to be underage at the time of boarding will be turned away and no refunds will be made. A valid ID will be required when you board.

Who can you accommodate for?

Individuals with disabilities: This experience is not wheelchair accessible.
Dietary restrictions: The partner can accommodate all dietary needs.
Pets: no pets allowed

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: Approximately 6 hours
What’s included: Visit Three-Four Wineries, Lunch Included, Bottled Water Provided. Lunch is a family style lunch, pizza, salads, and dessert or fresh made sandwiches, salads and dessert (depending on the day and subject to change).
- Not Included: Tasting fees ranging from $25-60 per person per stop – these fees are mandatory to enter each tasting room. Driver and guide gratuity are also not included.
Who will be present: You will have a friendly and knowledgeable tour guide and up to 28 other guests.
Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket/reservation.
Photo/ video: You may take your own photos.
Specific rules to follow: No wine or alcohol is allowed to be consumed while on the trolley itself, MUST advise any specific dietary requirements at time of booking.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately. Jackets and rain protection are recommended in the winter months.
Arrival: Please arrive on time.
Parking: If you are not staying at one of the hotel partners, please meet us in front of the parking lot at the Oxbow Public Market at 10 am at 644 1st street in Napa. Parking is available in the southeast corner of the market’s parking lot.
What to wear: The trolley is an open-air cable car, so we recommend dressing in layers. Mornings and evenings can be chilly, and at times, breezy. Casual dress is best, with comfortable shoes – sandals and flip-flops are not recommended.
What to bring: A valid ID will be required when you board
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms available at the wineries

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

Tasting fees are not optional and will be collected at the winery entrance.
Driver’s gratuity is NOT included.
In specific circumstances the provider has the right to switch to a bus when needed.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
