Who can you accommodate for?

  • Children: This is not an experience for children or anyone under the age of 21.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: 1 hour
  • What’s included: 
    • Live online video streaming (you'll get the Zoom link the day before the class)
    • Cocktail kit including a shaker, strainer, bar spoon, hand juicer, jigger, bar, ingredients (sugars, syrups, bitters, etc.), and liquor (50 ml bottles)
    • Shipping cost in the US for delivery within 5 business days
  • Who will be present: You will have a professional bartender instructor with you on Zoom at all times, as well as up to 100 other virtual participants.
  • Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must be included in the reservation.
  • Photo/ video: Photos and video are encouraged!

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience, in the comfort of your own home.
  • Arrival: Plan to login to Zoom at least 10 minutes in advance to ensure there is time for any unexpected technical issues.
  • What to bring: Have your cocktail kit ready and any fruit necessary for your drinks of choice!

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 14 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 14 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
