Any restrictions to participate?

Age: All age groups are welcome.
Physical limitations: Visitors should be able to climb stairs, as the Vessel consists of multiple flights of steps. An elevator is available for those with mobility needs.
Experience level: All levels are welcome—no prior experience is necessary.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: All participants, including children, must have a ticket to enter.
Individuals with disabilities: The Vessel is wheelchair accessible via an elevator, and service animals are allowed.
Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: Visitors typically spend 20–45 minutes exploring the Vessel.
What’s included: Admission to the Vessel and access to its staircases and observation points.
Who will be present: Other visitors may be present during your experience; this is not a private activity.
Photo/ video: Photos are encouraged! Capture the stunning views and unique architecture.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the Vessel is open.
Arrival: Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled entry time.
What to wear: Comfortable clothing and good walking shoes are recommended.
What to bring:
- Phones and cameras are allowed for photos.
- Food, drinks, and large bags are not allowed inside the Vessel.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere in the Vessel.
Visitors are encouraged to take their time and enjoy the views, but re-entry is not allowed once you exit.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

All sales are final, and tickets are non-refundable. Once purchased, tickets cannot be canceled or refunded. However, in the event of a closure due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, tickets can be reissued for a future date.
