Who will be present: A knowledgeable captain will guide the tour, providing insights into the area’s history and wildlife. The boat features a cooler and Bluetooth audio system for your enjoyment.
Photo/video: Guests are encouraged to bring cameras to capture the scenic views and potential wildlife sightings.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: The tour operates rain or shine, subject to safety considerations.
Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure to check in and board.
Parking: Parking details will be provided upon booking; plan accordingly as parking areas can be busy.
What to wear: Comfortable clothing suitable for a boat ride. Layered clothing is advised as weather can change.
What to bring:
- Essentials like towels, sunglasses, and sunscreen.
- A camera to capture the breathtaking views.
- BYOB is welcome; a cooler with ice is provided.
- Cash for tipping the captain is customary and appreciated.
Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: There are no restroom facilities on the boat. Please prepare before boarding.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 1 week before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 1 week in advance means losing the value of your experience.
