Who can you accommodate for?

Children: Children under the age of 2 years old are free. All children under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Individuals with disabilities: The attractions are ADA accessible to guests who use wheelchairs or are in need of special services. They have Accessibility and Sensory Guides available upon request. The Orlando Eye attraction can accommodate wheelchairs less than 36″ in width.
Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: This is a self-guided experience and usually takes about 2 hours to enjoy both attractions. If you choose, you may use your tickets on separate days so long as they are within a 30 day window.
What’s included: Entry to The Orlando Eye and Madame Tussauds Orlando. Combo tickets are valid for 15 days after your first attraction visit and you can choose to visit the attractions in any order you like.
Who will be present: This is a self-guided experience at a public attraction, so there will be many other people.
Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket.
Photo/ video: Photos and video are encouraged!
Specific rules to follow: No outside food or drinks allowed.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: In the event of inclement weather, certain procedures are in place to ensure the safety of all guests and hosts as well as the attraction. The Orlando Eye uses a lightning warning system that tracks lightning. If The Orlando Eye needs to close due to inclement weather, the attraction will cease loading procedures and begin to cycle out any guests currently boarded. This will also prompt turnstiles to shut down until the weather stages have all been clear. All tickets during a weather closure are valid for 30 days.
Arrival: Plan to arrive at your scheduled time.
Parking: There is parking available onsite.
What to wear: Comfortable clothing and shoes appropriate for the weather.
What to bring: Valid identification and any personal items needed for the day. Outside food or drinks are not allowed.
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms are available onsite.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

All bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed.
