This class invites participants to explore the art of baking through the creation of various pastries. Attendees will learn to make berry pavlova topped with fresh berries and cream, Paris-Brest filled with hazelnut praline cream, profiteroles with lemon thyme crème pâtissière and poppy seeds, and cardamom English scones served with butter and jam. Guided by experienced pastry chefs, participants will gain confidence in baking techniques and leave with the skills to recreate these desserts at home.

• Spectators: No spectators are allowed; everyone must have a ticket/reservation.
• Photo/Video: You may take your own photos; photos are encouraged!

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 10 minutes in advance.
• Parking: Street parking is available; public transportation is recommended.
• What to wear: Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes.
• What to bring: A positive attitude and readiness to cook; all necessary materials are provided.
• Restrooms/Lockers/Changing rooms: Restrooms are available; no lockers or changing rooms provided.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
