Ideal for groups of up to six, the tour departs from Demens Landing and is piloted by a U.S. Coast Guard-credentialed captain, ensuring a safe and enjoyable journey.

Before setting sail, ensure each member of your party signs the electronic waiver; instructions and links are provided 48 hours in advance. Remember, the tour is BYOB, allowing you to bring your preferred beverages—just no red wine to maintain the pristine condition of the boat. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for a peaceful evening out, this Tampa Bay Sunset Sail provides a memorable setting for both.

Any restrictions to participate?

  • Age: 6+; minimum drinking age applies for alcohol consumption.
  • Physical limitations: Must be able to navigate three steps to board the vessel.

Who can you accommodate for?

  • Children: Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times.
  • Individuals with disabilities: Please contact in advance for specific accommodations and accessibility.
  • Pets: Pets are not allowed on board.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: The sunset sail lasts approximately two hours.
  • What’s included: Captain, First Mate, fuel, safety equipment, bottled water, and ice.
  • Who will be present: A U.S. Coast Guard-credentialed captain and first mate, along with up to six guests.
  • Spectators: No spectators allowed; all attendees must have a booking due to the private nature of the charter.
  • Photo/ video: Guests are encouraged to take photos and videos to capture the stunning sunset views.
  • Specific rules to follow: BYOB with restrictions, no red wine, no smoking, no illegal substances, no pets, and nothing that can pollute the water.

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: This experience is weather-dependent. Please check for updates as your booking date approaches.
  • Arrival: Arrive about 10 minutes before the departure time to ensure a smooth boarding process.
  • Parking: Available at Demens Landing; consider using Google Maps for accurate directions.
  • What to wear: Comfortable clothing and non-marking sole shoes are recommended.
  • What to bring:
    • BYOB, but avoid red wine and hard coolers.
    • Sunscreen, hats, and sunglasses for sun protection.
    • Soft cooler if needed; hard coolers will be stored in vehicles.
  • Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Use public restrooms prior to boarding as no facilities are available on the boat.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

  • Ensure all waivers are signed prior to arrival. Electronic waivers are sent via email; paper copies available if needed.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
