What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: The rental period is up to 6 hours.
What’s included: SUP rental includes the board, paddle, safety equipment, optional GPS unit, and optional transportation to the launch site.
Who will be present: This is a self-guided experience, but staff will assist you at the start and finish of your rental period.
Spectators: Not applicable as this is a rental service.
Photo/video: Participants are encouraged to bring their own cameras; no professional photography services are provided.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: The experience is dependent on weather conditions; cancellations may occur due to unsafe weather.
Arrival: Flexible meeting times, usually starting around noon. Contact us to arrange a specific start time.
Parking: If you transport the SUPs yourself, parking is available at our base of operations. If using our transport service, follow specific instructions provided for parking near the launch site.
What to wear: Beach clothing appropriate for weather conditions, including a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen.
What to bring:
- Water and snacks for your day out.
- Beach footwear and a change of clothes if you plan to get wet.
- Optional: waterproof bag to keep personal items dry.
Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: Facilities depend on the chosen launch site. Typically, public restrooms are available near beaches.

Ensure that all rental agreements and waivers are completed before your rental begins.
Review safety instructions and local paddling guidelines provided with your rental.
Be aware of the time to ensure you return the SUPs within the 6-hour rental period.
Communicate with the staff for any special pick-up or drop-off times or locations.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 30 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 30 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
