Sample Itinerary:

Pickup from Vegas Hotels: Passengers are picked up from most major hotels in Las Vegas approximately 1.5 hours before departure, providing a convenient start to the day.
Boulder Terminal Check-in: Arrive at Las Vegas Boulder Terminal for check-in. All passengers 18 years of age and older must present a valid government-issued photo ID.
Boarding the Aircraft: Clients board the airplane, designed for optimal "flightseeing." Enjoy a comfortable, climate-controlled cabin and picturesque views over Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, the Colorado River, and the Grand Canyon.
Arrival at Bar 10 Ranch: Land at the exclusive landing strip of Bar 10 Ranch, a unique and remote location near the unexplored northern rim of the Grand Canyon.
Off-Road Adventure: Embark on an all-terrain Polaris Ranger for a thrilling journey through Whitmore Canyon, Lake Mead Recreation Area, and exclusive points in the Grand Canyon National Park.
Exploration and Views: Reach the North Canyon's rim at 3,000 feet above the Colorado River. Take in rare and spectacular views, exploring the unique desert vegetation and wildlife.
Relaxation and Lunch: Return to Bar 10 Ranch, where guests can relax and enjoy the staff's hospitality, accompanied by an authentic Dutch oven barbecue lunch.
Return Flight: Head back to the landing strip for the return flight to Boulder Terminal, enjoying scenic views once again.

Any restrictions to participate?

Age: Passengers must be at least 7 years of age
Weight: 300 lbs per passenger - passengers weighing 300 pounds (136 kg) or more will be charged $175 upon arrival for an additional comfort seat. All airplane passengers will be weighed at the time of check-in.
Health limitations: It's recommended that pregnant women check with the healthcare provider if flying is allowed.
Physical limitations: The airplanes are wheelchair accessible.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: Adults and children need a ticket
Languages: Narrations are available in Chinese - Mandarin & Cantonese, Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, and Spanish.
Pets: No pets allowed.

- Tour Duration: Approximately 7.5 to 8 hours from hotel to hotel
- Flight Duration: Approximately 1 hour 30 minutes roundtrip

Specific rules to follow:
- All passengers are required to reconfirm their tour at least 24 hours in advance by contacting our reservations department at 702-835-8477. Please have your reservation number available. The partner's specialists are available daily from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm (Pacific Time). Reservations without confirmed pick-up information will be wait-listed.
- Baggage Restrictions - Purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft due to limited space.
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms available

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

Pilot gratuity is not included and is left to individual discretion.
FUEL SURCHARGE: Due to the increased price of aviation fuel, a temporary fuel surcharge between $5 - $30 per seat is in effect and is collected at the time of check-in.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience. Flights are subject to cancellation due to lack of passenger demand, weather, etc.
