Health limitations: Not recommended for pregnant women.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: All participants must pay to participate, children included.
Individuals with disabilities: This experience is wheelchair accessible and service animals are allowed.
Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: The experience lasts approximately 1 hour. Tour/experience may go slightly longer based on participant engagement throughout the tour.
What’s included: A thrilling boat ride along the Santa Barbara coastline, including a visit to see sea lions.
Who will be present: You will have a knowledgeable Captain with you at all times. Other guests may be joining, with a maximum of 10 people in total.
Photo/ video: You may take your own photos. There will also be a professional photographer onsite, and you can buy photos from them.
Specific rules to follow: Need to follow the Captain’s instructions for safety. Smoking is prohibited on the boat.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running.
Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance.
Parking: You may park your car at the designated parking area near the harbor.
What to wear: Comfortable clothing and shoes that can get wet.
What to bring: Recommendations: Bring a water bottle, sunscreen, a hat, phones and cameras for taking pictures.
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: No changing rooms, but there will be stops for bathroom breaks.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 72 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 72 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
