What’s included: Showers, slippers, lockers, towels, robes, client lounge, & tea bar are complimentary. Lady's Room offers a bamboo sauna and the Men's Room offers a steam room.
Who will be present: The person performing your massage or treatment will be the only other person present
Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket/reservations
Photo/ video: You may take photos

Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance
Parking: This experience is in the heart of NYC so we recommend using public transit to get to your appointment; Trains: N, R, Q, W, J, Z, M, 6. A, C, E
What to bring:Come as you are, and everything you need will be provided.
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Showers and lockers will be available

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.

The spa was clean and staff very friendly. The massages were technically proficient overall, not fantastic, but solid and well executed. The "romantic couples" portion of the experience was a little less well organized by the spa staff. We were ushered into the room and shown our tables, and champagne and chocolates but not given any time to really open anything or sit and enjoy for more that 3 minutes before the staff came in to start the massages. After the massage it felt similar, we were told we had 10 minutes, which honestly is a very short period of time to drink down a bottle of champagne...more time needs to be built into the experience for a real couples experience...otherwise it was a good massage but not a couples experience we would necessarily repeat together.
