Age: Drivers must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license. Passengers must be at least 5 years old and accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Weight: Back seats are not recommended for individuals over 250 pounds.
Height: Back seats are not suitable for individuals over 7 feet tall.
Health limitations: Not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with heart, back, or other serious medical conditions.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: Passengers under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 30 minutes.
What’s included:

- Insurance coverage is included for the driver; an additional $20 per passenger applies, payable directly to the tour provider.
- No deposit required.
Who will be present: Private experience for your group, with a guide accompanying you.
Spectators: No spectators are allowed; all participants must have a reservation.
Photo/video: Photos are encouraged! GoPro video recordings of the tour are available for $30.
Specific rules: All rules will be explained by your guide before the tour begins.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: Tours are weather-dependent. If canceled due to bad weather, you will be offered a new date or a full refund. For questions about the weather, contact the tour provider directly.
Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes early.
Parking: Options near the meeting location include:
- Public parking lot: 1667 N Sycamore Ave ($10/day)
- Hollywood and Highland Mall: $3 for 2 hours with validation
- Parking behind the tour location: Entrance at 6820 Hollywood Blvd ($25/day)
What to wear: Comfortable shoes are recommended if you’re driving.
What to bring:
- Valid government-issued driver’s license (if driving) or ID (if riding).
- Major credit card.
- Gratuity for your guide (optional but appreciated).
Restrooms: Bathroom breaks can be accommodated during the tour.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
