Set sail on the picturesque Willamette River for a 2-hour sunset cruise that offers the best of Portland's scenic beauty and vibrant city lights. As the sun sets, enjoy views of Portland's iconic bridges and historical floating homes, all while surrounded by the natural beauty of the Ross Island estuary. After dark, witness the city lights reflecting off the water, creating a magical and unforgettable experience.

Along the way, spot local wildlife and take in famous movie locations and historical landmarks. This cruise is a perfect blend of nature and urban sights, making it a unique and memorable adventure. Bring your own food, wine, hors d’oeuvres, and coffee to create a personalized picnic on the water, adding to the enjoyment of the evening.

Who can you accommodate for?

  • Children: All participants must pay to participate, children included.
  • Pets: No pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: 2 Hours
  • What’s included:
    • Boat Captain
    • Wildlife Guide
    • Boat ride
    • Life jacket
  • Who will be present: You will have a guide (Captain Charles Arnell) with you at all times, with a maximum of 4 or 6 people in total on the boat
  • Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket/reservation
  • Photo/ video: You may take your own photos; photos are encouraged

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running.
  • Arrival: Plan to arrive a few minutes in advance.
  • What to bring: All cruises are BYOB. You are welcome to bring your own food, wine, hors d’oeuvres, and coffee!
  • Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: No bathrooms on the boat, but there will be stops at docks with restrooms whenever possible.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
