Start with a 2-2.5 hour guided paddle tour through the scenic Dora Canal, a beautiful waterway in Lake County that's home to a variety of wildlife. Whether you're in a kayak or on a paddleboard, you'll get up close with nature in this protected wetland.

After the paddle, head over to BRÜ Tap House for a 30-minute craft beer tasting experience. Choose from a selection of 30 brews on tap and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. This tour is suitable for all ages, but only guests 21 and over can participate in the beer tasting. Kids can enjoy non-alcoholic craft sodas instead. Wear comfortable clothes, bring water, and don't forget your hat and sunscreen. This adventure is perfect for anyone looking to combine outdoor activity with a bit of local flavor.

Any restrictions to participate?

Age: Craft beer tasting is reserved for guests aged 21 and above; however, all age groups are welcome for the paddle tour itself.
Weight: Single kayaks can hold up to 300 lbs and tandem kayaks 450 lbs. Stand up paddle boards can hold up to 225 lbs.
Physical limitations: Participants should be comfortable with water activities but no prior experience in paddling is required.
Experience level: All levels are welcome.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: All participants must pay to participate. Non-alcoholic craft sodas are available for children and guests under 21.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free options may be available for craft beer; inquire at BRÜ Tap House.
Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 2 - 2.5 hours guided paddle tour and 30 minutes craft beer tasting.
What’s included: Guided tour, paddle equipment (single or double kayak, paddle board), safety gear (life vest, whistle), and a beer tasting at BRÜ Tap House. Non-alcoholic sodas are provided for those under 21.
Who will be present: You will be accompanied by a professional guide throughout the experience. Group size may vary.
Photo/ video: Participants are encouraged to bring their own cameras; capturing the scenic and wildlife encounters is recommended!
Specific rules to follow: Participants need to follow safety instructions and guidelines provided by the guides.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: The tour operates rain or shine, subject to safety conditions.
Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time.
Parking: Available at the meeting location in Wooton Park.
What to wear: Comfortable clothing and shoes that can get wet. Sunscreen and a hat are recommended.
What to bring: Bring a valid ID for craft beer tasting, a water bottle for hydration, and optionally a change of clothes.
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms are available at the park; participants are advised to come dressed for the activity.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

Completing a liability waiver in advance is required for all participants. This can be done online before the tour date.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
