The tasting journey is a culinary adventure you won't soon forget. Picture handmade spaghetti with olive oil, garlic, and broccoli at a beloved Italian eatery. Try the truffle cashew cream pizza by acclaimed Chef Matthew Kenney, a pioneer in artistic food experiences. Delight in a unique Sichuan dry pot, showcasing the talents of a young Chinese chef making waves in the East Village. And don't miss the slow-stewed vegetables over couscous, a North African delight.

But that's not all! You'll also enjoy off-menu surprises, like an exquisite basque chorizo hot dog and a savory selection of filled pierogi. And of course, save room for one of New York City's best NY-style cheesecakes!

Age: All ages welcome, although the tour is geared towards adults.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: The tour content is not geared toward children, though many older children may definitely enjoy trying new foods and learning about them! The tour requires a good attention span and walking, so it may be appropriate for older children. You know your children best and if they’re foodies, curious and excited about learning, they are welcome. Babies are allowed if you are mindful of other guests and pull the baby away if they are disruptive to the experience. If you are bringing a stroller, please make note at the time of booking. There is not currently child pricing available.
Pets: Sorry, your pets must stay home.

Languages: Currently, tours are only offered in English. Please keep in mind that the value is not in the food, so we recommend having good English listening skills to understand the stories and the industry experts who speak to the group.
- Also, this is a communal social dining experience, so guides will not simply have monologues or speeches aimed at guests. They will interact and ask you questions and hope to get to know you better and provide tailored stories to your interests.

- Beverages are NOT included but can be added on the day of the experience for an additional charge
Who will be present: Your guide and up to 12 participants.
Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket.
Photo/ video: Photos are welcome.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running.
Arrival: Please arrive at least 15 minutes early. Tours leave promptly at their scheduled time.
Parking: There are paid parking lots convenient to the tour meeting location.
What to wear: Bring a jacket and dress appropriately for the weather. Wearing comfortable shoes is also suggested.
What to bring:
- Water bottle
- Umbrella depending on the weather
- Gratuity: Your tour guides appreciate recognition for a job well done, so they can fuel their foodie habits. $15 per person is recommended.
Restrooms: Bathroom breaks are available throughout the tour though it is recommended to use the restroom facilities before the tour begins.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule with 2 weeks advance notice for parties of 4 or less by emailing the experience provider directly, for a date within a year of the original booking. No-shows or rescheduling less than 2 weeks in advance means losing the value of your experience.
