• Experience level: This experience is very strenuous and not recommended for beginners. Participants should be in good physical condition.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The tour operates rain or shine, except in severe weather conditions.
• Arrival: Meet at the designated starting location in front of Bob's Steak & Chop House in Nashville. Arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
• Parking: Available at the meeting location; details will be provided in the confirmation email.
• What to wear: Sturdy, closed-toe shoes with good traction are required; ankle support is recommended. Dress appropriately for the weather, including layers for changing conditions.
• What to bring:
  • A valid government-issued ID for adults.
  • Additional water and personal snacks as needed.
  • Sunscreen, hats, and sunglasses.
  • Optional: Rain gear and a change of clothes in case of wet conditions.
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms are available at various points during the tour; however, there are no lockers or changing facilities.

To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 5 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
