This unique combo adventure kicks off with an exciting 60-minute guided Segway tour through the heart of South Beach. Glide through the bustling streets, passing by iconic landmarks like the Versace Mansion, Ocean Drive, and the colorful Art Deco District. As you cruise along, soak in the glamorous vibes of Miami’s tropical paradise, and don’t forget to snap a few photos!

After exploring on land, the adventure continues on the water. You’ll be taken to the Bayside Marketplace to board a boat for a 90-minute tour of Biscayne Bay. From the deck, marvel at the stunning views of Downtown Miami, Star Island, and the luxurious waterfront estates of Millionaire’s Row. It’s the perfect blend of sightseeing, fun, and a little bit of luxury!

Any restrictions to participate?

  • Age: All participants must be at least 12 years old.
  • Weight: Participants must weigh at least 100 lbs. (45 kg) and no more than 260 lbs. (117 kg).
  • Health limitations: Not for pregnant women.
  • Experience level: All levels are welcome.

Who can you accommodate for?

  • Children: All participants must pay to participate, children included.
  • Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: 1 hour for Segway tour and 90-minute boat tour. (2.5 Hours in total)
  • What’s included: Segway, helmet, and boat tour; transportation back to Miami Beach after the boat tour.
  • Who will be present: A guide will be present at all times.
  • Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a reservation.
  • Photo/video: You may take your own photos.
  • Specific rules to follow: Follow the guide’s rules throughout the tour.

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: Tours run rain or shine; severe weather conditions will be addressed on the day.
  • Arrival: Plan to arrive 30 minutes in advance.
  • What to wear: Comfortable, closed-toe shoes and dress for the weather.
  • What to bring:
    • Water bottle
    • Phones and electronics allowed
  • Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: No changing rooms available.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

  • Check-in requires presenting the credit card used for booking and matching valid photo ID.
  • A refundable security deposit of $250 per booking is required at the shop before the tour starts.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
