  • Children: Children under 2 can join for free but do not need a ticket. Guests 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian.
  • Individuals with disabilities: Museum of Ice Cream is wheelchair accessible.
  • Dietary restrictions: Vegan and dairy-free ice cream options are available, but most treats are not certified gluten-free or Kosher. The environment is not guaranteed nut-free.
  • Languages: The experience is in English, but multilingual staff can assist as needed.
  • Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed, only service animals are permitted.

  • Photo/ video: Photography is allowed, but please enjoy the experience with minimal distractions. For professional shoots, advanced permission is required.
  • Specific rules to follow: Please follow instructions from the guides, especially in interactive areas like the slide.

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience, so it runs rain or shine.
  • Arrival: Plan to arrive on time or up to 10 minutes before your scheduled entry. If you are more than 10 minutes late, entry may be denied without a refund.
  • Parking: Museum of Ice Cream is near parking garages.
  • What to wear: Comfortable shoes and family-friendly attire are recommended.
  • What to bring:
    • Ticket confirmation email with a QR code and a valid ID.
    • You do not need to bring cash as the museum is a cashless experience.
  • Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: No coat check or locker facilities are available.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.
