What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: Includes a 4-hour city and boat tour plus a complimentary 3-hour bike rental.
  • What’s included: Air-conditioned bus transportation, narrated boat cruise, and bicycle rental.
    • Snacks and beverages are available for purchase during the boat cruise.
  • Who will be present: A guide will be present during the bus and boat tour. Other participants may join, with group sizes varying.
  • Spectators: No spectators are allowed. All participants must have a ticket.
  • Photo/ video: You are encouraged to take your own photos.
  • Specific rules to follow: Please arrive on time and follow the guide's instructions.

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: The tour runs rain or shine. Dress appropriately for the weather, especially for the outdoor portions.
  • Arrival: Please arrive 30 minutes before your tour or rental starting time.
  • Parking: Parking is available near the Bikes and Segway Shop, located at 1655 James Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139.
  • What to wear: Comfortable walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, and sunscreen for outdoor activities.
  • What to bring:
    • Valid photo identification and the credit card used for booking.
    • Phones and electronics are allowed for personal use and photography.
  • Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restroom breaks will be available during the tour. No lockers or changing rooms are provided.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
