Weight: The total weight limit for the tour is 690 lbs. Passenger weight verification may be required.
Health limitations: Not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with certain medical conditions. Please consult a doctor if necessary.
Physical limitations: Must be able to board and exit the helicopter independently.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 35 minutes of flight time.
What’s included: A guided tour in a Robinson R44 helicopter.
Who will be present: A licensed pilot will guide the tour. The flight may be shared with other passengers if fewer than 3 seats are booked.
Spectators: No spectators are allowed; everyone must have a ticket/reservation.
Photo/video: Personal photography is allowed during the flight.
Specific rules to follow: No smoking, and follow all safety guidelines provided by the pilot. A valid photo ID is required for airport access.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: Tour routes may vary due to weather or FAA restrictions.
Arrival: Plan to arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled start time. If late, tour duration may be shortened, and additional charges may apply if pilots and aircraft availability is extended.
Parking: Parking is available at the departure location (details provided upon booking).
What to wear: Comfortable clothing suitable for flying.
What to bring: A valid photo ID and any personal items you need for photos or videos.
Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: No changing rooms, but restrooms may be available at the departure location.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 15 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 15 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
