Who can you accommodate for?

  • Children: Children under the age of 2 years old are free. All children under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Individuals with disabilities: The attractions are ADA accessible to guests who use wheelchairs or are in need of special services. They have Accessibility and Sensory Guides available upon request.
  • Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: This is a self-guided experience and usually takes 1-1.5 hours to enjoy. You may take as little or as long as you need to experience the entire attraction.
  • What’s included: Entry to Madame Tussauds New York, plus entry to MARVEL Universe 4D.
  • Who will be present: This is a self-guided experience at a public attraction, so there will be many other people. 
  • Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket.
  • Photo/ video: Photos and video are encouraged!
  • Specific rules to follow: No outside food or drinks allowed.

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience.
  • Arrival: Plan to arrive at your scheduled time.
  • Parking: There is parking available onsite.
  • What to wear: Comfortable clothing and shoes. 
  • What to bring: Valid identification and any personal items needed for the day. Outside food or drinks are not allowed. 
  • Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms are available onsite.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.
