Any restrictions to participate?

Age: Minimum of 12 years old.
Weight: Maximum weight per seat is 275 pounds, and maximum weight per group is 600 pounds for flights of 30 minutes or less.
Experience level: This experience is not recommended for beginners; it's designed for those interested in learning to fly or seeking the thrill of piloting a helicopter.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 30 or 60 minutes based on the selected package.
- Additional time should be planned on top of the flight duration for pre and post-flight activities.
What’s included: Pre-flight briefing, hands-on flight experience with a certified instructor, introduction to helicopter controls, route and weather discussion, post-flight debrief.
Who will be present: You will have a certified flight instructor with you at all times. Up to 3 passengers can participate in the flight.
Spectators: No spectators are allowed; everyone must have a reservation.
Photo/ video: You may take your own photos; video recording services available for $55.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: Flight might be varied, canceled, or upgraded due to weather conditions.
Arrival: Arrive 20-30 minutes prior to your scheduled flight time for check-in and pre-flight briefing.
What to wear: Relaxed, comfortable clothing with closed-toe shoes suitable for operating aircraft controls. Sunglasses and sunscreen recommended.
What to bring:
- Government-issued photo ID for all guests over the age of 18. Guests under 18 must have a parent or guardian accompany them with valid identification.
- Camera or phone for photos, if desired.

Ensure you understand and comply with all safety guidelines, including the requirement that all items must remain inside the aircraft during the flight.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
