What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • What’s included: Safety briefing and a thrilling jet boat ride with spins and high-speed turns.
  • Who will be present: You will have a professional captain at all times. Other guests may also be joining.
  • Photo/ video: Photos and videos are encouraged, but make sure to secure electronics, as water spray is likely.
  • Specific rules to follow: Follow all safety instructions from the captain. No smoking allowed.

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running, except in severe weather conditions.
  • Arrival: Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes in advance for check-in.
  • Parking: Available nearby on Wharf Road between Katie’s Seafood Market and William’s Party Boats.
  • What to wear: Comfortable clothing recommended, as shoes will be removed before boarding. Dress appropriately for getting wet.
  • What to bring:
    • The card used to purchase tickets and matching ID.
    • Towels or change of clothes if desired.
  • Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: No lockers or changing rooms are available; please plan accordingly.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.
