In this interactive and enjoyable class, you'll be expertly guided through essential knife skills, the art of creating pasta dough and flavorful fillings, shaping and cutting the dough into perfect ravioli squares, and cooking them to perfection. Together, we'll prepare a butter sage sauce to bring all the flavors together. Once your masterpiece is complete, you'll have the opportunity to plate, garnish, and savor your creations alongside fellow food enthusiasts in a delightful cooking party setting. Gain valuable insights into sourcing fresh, seasonal ingredients and specialty spices, allowing you to recreate the perfect Italian date night experience at home.
No prior experience is necessary! We provide all the necessary equipment and ingredients, readily available at local markets if you don't already have them in your kitchen. Our classes are designed to be casual, fun, and instructive, catering to both passionate cooking enthusiasts eager to be fully involved and first-timers who prefer observation or assisting (or taste testing). Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in, especially for larger groups. Note that outside drinks are not allowed, but available for purchase from our venue partner.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: This class is approximately 2 hours long.
  • What’s included: All instruction, equipment and ingredients needed.
  • Who will be present: You will have a teacher with you at all times; also, other guests may be joining (from 8 to 20 people). You will work with other students in groups of 2
  • Spectators: Everyone must have a ticket/reservations.
  • Photo/ video: Photography is allowed and encouraged.

How to prepare?

  • Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance
  • Parking: You can park at the experience location.
  • What to wear: We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes. Please dress in clothing you won't mind getting dirty.

  • No outside drinks are allowed, venue will have drinks available for purchase.
  • Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: There are restrooms at the experience location.

FAQs

What should I expect on the day of the class?

Arrive a few minutes early to check in with the chef instructor using the ticket holder’s name. No need to bring a printed confirmation. The class will typically start with an introduction and a brief overview of the recipes you'll be preparing. Ingredients and cooking stations will be provided, and the chef will guide you through each step. After cooking, you'll enjoy the delicious meal you've created.

Why do classes work together in groups?

Cooking classes are designed to be a social and interactive experience. Working in groups encourages collaboration, allows for sharing of tips and techniques, and enhances the fun of the learning process. It's also a great way to meet new people who share your interests.

Can you accommodate food allergies?

Will I eat the food after cooking?

Yes! Enjoying the meal you've prepared is the best reward for all your efforts.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly.
