Any restrictions to participate?

Age: All ages are welcome; children under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver.
Weight: Flyers over 300 lbs cannot fly; flyers between 260-300 lbs may be subject to additional evaluation.
Health limitations: Not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with certain injuries or conditions (e.g., shoulder dislocations, severe neck or back issues).
Experience level: All levels welcome; instructors guide throughout the session.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: Children 3 years and older can participate with a paid ticket.
Individuals with disabilities: Accessible accommodations vary; contact for specific needs.
Pets: Service animals only.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 1.5 hours for check-in, training, and flight.
What’s included: Flight gear, orientation, and flight certificate.
Who will be present: Individual flights with an instructor; group sessions may include others.
Spectators: Allowed in observation area.
Photo/ video: Photos available for purchase.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: Indoor experience.
Arrival: Arrive 15 minutes before flight time.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
