In this engaging and interactive class, participants have the opportunity to delve into the intricacies of Pâte à Choux, commonly referred to as Choux pastry. Despite its reputation for being challenging, the process is surprisingly straightforward. A skilled Pastry Chef Instructor will lead an in-depth demonstration, followed by step-by-step guidance to replicate the art of crafting the perfect choux dough. Participants will also learn the techniques of piping and baking to create delicious Eclairs and Cream Puffs (Profiteroles). The class covers the creation of simple vanilla and lemon curd fillings for decorating desserts. By mastering these accessible recipes, participants gain the confidence to tackle various pastries that may intimidate many bakers.

Who will be present: You will have a teacher with you at all times; also, other guests may be joining (from 8 to 26 people).
Spectators: Everyone must have a ticket/reservations.
Photo/ video: Photography is allowed and encouraged.

Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance.
Parking: You can park at the experience location.
What to wear: We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes. Please dress in clothing you won't mind getting dirty.
What to bring: No outside drinks are allowed. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are not included in the ticket price.

Ingredients and cooking stations will be provided, and the chef will guide you through each step. After cooking, you'll enjoy the delicious meal you've created.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly.
