Experience a fully customized 50-minute facial at Heyday, where the focus is on meeting the specific needs of your skin. Each session starts with a conversation with your Skin Therapist who will tailor every aspect of the facial to your skin’s requirements. The treatment includes cleansing, exfoliation, a facial massage, extractions, and more, all chosen based on your skin type and concerns.

Heyday’s setting is anything but a typical spa. Here, the atmosphere is laid-back with a touch of modern design, and the music more likely to be Stevie Nicks than tranquil flutes. There’s no need for robes; you're encouraged to relax in whatever makes you comfortable, even if that means just slipping off your shoes. The space is designed to be open yet intimate enough to relax and chat with your therapist, blending effective treatment with an enjoyable visit. It’s a practical approach to skincare, providing expert advice and personalized treatment plans using leading skincare products.

  • Age: 14+

Who can you accommodate for?

  • Children: Anyone between the ages of 15 and 17 will need a parent or guardian to fill out and sign an intake form, either online before the appointment or in-person.
  • Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: 50 minutes
  • What’s included: Rejuvenating facial specific to your skin type. 
  • Who will be present: A licensed esthetician and the participant. 
  • Spectators: No spectators are allowed.
  • Photo/ video: Photos are allowed before and after the service if desired.

 

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience.
  • Arrival: Plan to arrive 5 minutes in advance to check in.
  • Parking: There is parking available near the location.
  • What to wear: Comfortable clothing. No makeup is recommended, however light makeup is acceptable. 
  • What to bring:
    • Identification
    • Cash gratuity for your esthetician is greatly appreciated if you are happy with the service.
  • Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: There are no lockers or changing rooms, however, restrooms are available on site.

 

Anything else I should know before going on this experience? 

  • Anyone between the ages of 14 and 17 will need a parent or guardian to fill out and sign an intake form, either online before the appointment or in-person.
  • Before you book, have you recently had:
    • Botox or fillers
    • Chemical peels
    • Microneedling
    • Microblading
    • Dermaplaning
    • Microdermabrasion
    • Laser resurfacing/hair removal (face)
    • Active/healing cold sore
      If so, sit tight! Please wait at least 14 days before getting your next facial.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
