Any restrictions to participate?

  • Age: Ages 8+.
  • Physical limitations: Participants should be able to enter and exit the aircraft without assistance.
  • Health Limitations: Pregnant women are welcome but are encouraged to consult their doctor beforehand.
  • Experience level: All levels are welcome, including beginners.

Who can you accommodate for?

  • Children: All participants, including children, must have a ticket. This experience is not suitable for children under 8 years old.
  • Individuals with disabilities: This activity may not be suitable for individuals with severe mobility impairments.
  • Pets: No pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: 30 minutes of flight time per person
  • What’s included:
    • Headsets for two-way communication with your instructor.
    • A jacket for comfort at higher altitudes, especially if you get cold easily.
    • An optional onboard camera to record your experience (available as an add-on).
  • Who will be present: An experienced, certified pilot will guide the flight and provide insights into flight control, aerodynamics, and aviation safety.
  • Photo/ video: You may record your flight using the optional onboard camera or take your own photos.
  • Specific rules to follow: Adhere to all safety instructions provided by the pilot.

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: The experience operates daily and is subject to weather conditions for safety.
  • Arrival: Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled flight time.
  • Parking: Parking details will be provided upon booking confirmation.
  • What to wear:
    • Long sleeves are recommended for protection against wind and sun.
    • Shorts or lightweight pants are suitable for comfort.
    • Avoid wearing flip-flops (barefoot is allowed).
  • What to bring:
    • Sunscreen to protect your skin.
    • A sense of adventure!

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
