• Children: Children are welcome to join the tour, but must have a ticket.
• Individuals with disabilities: The tour is wheelchair accessible. If anyone in your group will be using a wheelchair please let the experience provider know at the time of booking. 
• Dietary restrictions: Please inform the experience provider at least 24 hours prior to your tour of any severe allergies or dietary restrictions (vegetarian, shellfish, gluten, nuts, etc.) of which they should be aware. Information provided with less than 24 hours’ notice cannot be accommodated.
• Languages: At this time tours are only offered in English.
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Who will be present: This is a private experience for your group size, however there will be other patrons at the venues visited. 
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket and be included in the reservation.
• Photo/ video: Photos are encouraged! 
• Specific rules to follow: Your entire party must adhere to the scheduled itinerary timeline outlining arrival and departure times for each restaurant. Your entire party must arrive and depart promptly at the designated time. Latecomers will not be admitted, and the meal forfeited without refund.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running. 
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes in advance
• Parking: It is recommended to take public transportation if possible as city parking is inherently challenging, however, if you plan on driving there is paid parking available close to the meeting location.
• What to wear: It’s Vegas! Dress to impress, and keep in mind that you’ll be walking from venue to venue.
• What to bring: A valid government photo ID is required for those 21+ years of age partaking in the optional beverage package. Members of your party who pre-purchase the optional beverage package must provide valid ID at each restaurant. If they cannot produce a valid ID, they will forfeit their beverage package without refund or substitutions.
• Restrooms: Restrooms will be available at each tour stop.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked. No-shows means losing the value of your experience.
