Who can you accommodate for?

  • Children: All participants, including children, must pay to participate.
  • Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: 90 minutes
  • What’s included: Foul weather gear, life jackets, and a narrated tour by the Captain.
  • Who will be present: You will have a Captain with you at all times, and the boat can accommodate up to 12 passengers.
  • Spectators: No spectators are allowed; everyone must have a ticket/reservation.
  • Photo/ video: You may take your own photos, and photos are encouraged.
  • Specific rules to follow: You must arrive on time as the boat will not wait for latecomers.

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: The experience will run rain or shine.
  • Arrival: Plan to arrive 30 minutes in advance for check-in and gear fitting.
    • The boat departs at the scheduled start time, and latecomers will not be accommodated. Refunds or rescheduling are not provided if you miss your departure.
  • Parking: Parking options are available near Pier 39; please plan your transportation in advance.
  • What to wear: Dress in layers for cooler weather, wear long sleeves, close-toed shoes, and bring a change of shoes if concerned about getting wet.
  • What to bring:
    • Camera, warm socks, and tightly fitting hats.
    • Food and drinks are not specified as allowed or disallowed.
  • Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: No restroom on board; use facilities at Pier 39 before boarding.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 72 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 72 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
