What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 2 hours.
What’s included: Guided walking tour through the French Quarter, visual aids of historical events, a free Polaroid memento for your group, and a mid-tour bar break.
Who will be present: A professional guide will lead the tour, limited to 15 guests to ensure a personalized experience.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: The tour takes place rain or shine. Please dress appropriately for the weather.
Arrival: Meet outside of MRB Bar & Kitchen at 515 St. Philip Street at least 10 minutes before the tour starts to check in.
Parking: Parking can be limited in the French Quarter. Public transportation or ride-sharing services are recommended.
What to wear: Comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing.
What to bring:
- You may carry drinks in non-glass containers during the tour.
- Ensure to have cash as some bars during the tour stop may only accept cash.
- Cameras or smartphones for photos are encouraged.
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Remember to use the restroom before the tour as opportunities during the tour may be limited.

Be prepared for a bar break where guests can purchase their own drinks—bringing small cash might be helpful due to some places being cash-only.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
