Children: This is not an experience for children.
Individuals with disabilities: The tour is accessible; however, the vintage sidecar may not accommodate all types of disabilities. Please contact the provider for specific accommodations.
Dietary restrictions: Can adapt to gluten-free and vegetarian dietary preferences. Please inform us in advance.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 2 Hours.
What’s included: Private sidecar operator/guide, exclusive winery tour, four wine tastings, 20-30% off discount on food/wine purchases.
Who will be present: You will have a guide with you at all times; as well as up to 10 total participants.
Photo/ video: You are encouraged to take your own photos to capture the scenic views and memorable moments!
Specific rules to follow: Any participants that appear intoxicated at the time of their reservation will not be allowed to participate and will be charged a $50 rescheduling fee.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: The experience will run rain or shine, with safety precautions in place for inclement weather.
Arrival: Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before your tour.
Parking: Available at Cass Winery across from the tasting room.
What to wear: Comfortable clothing suitable for the weather and the ride.
What to bring: ID for wine tasting, camera/phone for photos, and a water bottle.
Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: Restrooms are available; however, there are no lockers or changing rooms.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

If running more than 15 minutes late, we will have to reschedule your tour, and a $50 rescheduling fee will apply.
In case of severe weather conditions that could impact the quality and safety of the tour, we reserve the right to postpone and offer a rescheduling option or a refund in the form of a digital gift card.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 72 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 72 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
