After your thrilling airboat ride, visit an alligator farm to meet the continent’s largest reptiles up close and learn fascinating facts about caimans, crocodiles, and the native traditions surrounding them.   • Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: 4.5 hours, including the Everglades airboat tour and return drive to South Beach.
  • What’s included: Guided transportation to and from South Beach, an airboat tour, and entrance to the alligator farm.
    • The airboat ride offers close encounters with Florida wildlife, including alligators and birds.
  • Who will be present: A guide will be present throughout the tour. Other guests may join, with group sizes varying.
  • Spectators: No spectators are allowed. All participants must have a ticket.
  • Photo/ video: You are encouraged to take your own photos during the experience.
  • Specific rules to follow: Please arrive on time and follow the guide’s instructions.

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: The tour will run rain or shine. Dress appropriately for the weather.
  • Arrival: Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
  • Parking: Parking is available near the departure location at the Bikes and Segway Shop, 1655 James Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139.
  • What to wear: Comfortable clothing, sunscreen, and a hat are recommended.
  • What to bring:
    • Valid photo identification and the credit card used for booking.
    • Phones and electronics are allowed for personal use and photography.
  • Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms are available at certain stops during the tour.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
